• Diploma Or Degree In Education, Administration, Or A Related Field.
• Minimum Of 3 Years’ Experience In School Leadership (Headteacher, Academic Master, Or School Manager).
• Knowledge Of Tanzania’s NECTA Curriculum And Management Of Pre-Primary, Primary, Or Secondary Schools.
• Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication, Good Community/Parent Relations, And High Integrity.
• Understanding Of Budgeting, Financial Management, And Resource Control.
• Computer Literacy And Familiarity With School Management Systems.

• Oversee Daily School Operations.
• Prepare Teachers’ And Lessons’ Timetables.
• Manage Student Attendance, Discipline, And Academic Progress.
• Administer School Finances In Coordination With The School’s Leadership.
